A New York City native, Dr. Parizh completed his undergraduate studies at CUNY Hunter College before pursuing medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT, where he earned an M.S. in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. His extensive training includes residencies and fellowships in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Burn Surgery across prestigious institutions such as New York University, New York Presbyterian, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and Shriners of Cincinnati. Moreover, Dr. Parizh has honed advanced facial rejuvenation and preservation rhinoplasty techniques under the mentorship of globally recognized experts in San Francisco, mastering procedures like deep plane face lifting, fat grafting, neck lifting, brow lifting, and preservation rhinoplasty.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Parizh enjoys culinary arts, particularly his endeavor to master homemade pasta. His interests also include yoga, biking, travel, and spending quality time with his two sons.

Beyond currently serving as the Director of the Burn Center and head of the Hyperbaric and Wound Integrity administration at Nassau University Medical Center, Dr. Parizh has established The Parizh Foundation to help overcome the challenges many face in accessing quality healthcare.

Dr. Parizh's commitment extends beyond the operating room. He has made significant domestic and international contributions to public health. As a member of the American Burn Association Reconstructive Committee, he has worked with burn centers in Eastern Africa and undertaken missions in the Philippines and China.
